 You do not have to keep minimizing what you lived through.

Maybe no one hit you, or maybe no one screamed, but if no one noticed your pain, if no one made room for your truth, if love came only when you were easy to handle - that was trauma.

That was your nervous system learning that love meant shrinking.
And that pattern does not just go away. It has to be healed with presence, with truth, and with care.
