5.2.24

Our defenses (anger, judgment, criticism, blame, shame, over-thinking) are in place to avoid feeling a deep sense of danger. This danger almost always goes back to childhood.

It was a wise strategy for a child to develop AND it is now our job to heal this wound.

 To deeply heal this pain, we must work though our defense until we get to the felt sense of danger.
